Terms and Conditions (the small print)

Payments and Cancellations
Full payment is due at the time of making a booking. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received before the event. Fees may be paid online by credit card, by cheque or bank transfer to accompany your booking form, or upon receipt of an invoice.

Cancellations can be made up to one calendar month before the event. No verbal cancellations will be accepted - all cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to a cancellation charge as follows:
Cancellation made 30 days before the event - Full conference fee payable
Cancellation made 60 days before the event - 25% of conference fee payable
Cancellation made 90 days or more before the event - 10% of conference fee payable.
Substitutions may be made at any stage.
Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

Programme Changes
It may be necessary to alter the content and timing or location of the event. The organisers reserve the right to make necessary changes.

Use of Contact Data
Your data will not be sold or released to any third party. In addition, we will seek your permission to contact you about future Cambridge Summit events.

Accommodation and Other Venue Charges
Booking fees only cover attendance at the event and refreshments provided by the organiser. Accommodation, travel and other incidental charges are the responsibility of the delegate.

Loss or Theft of Property
The organisers accept no liability for the loss or damage to property belonging to delegates.
